allison balden - digital strategist, austin

Before joining RedRock, Allison got her start in politics when she interned for Joe Heck's Senate Campaign in 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She then interned for the U.S. Senate while in college and worked for Open Sesame in 2020.

Allison graduated from Concordia University Chicago with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in English.

In her free time, she loves taking hikes, exploring Austin, reading non-fiction, and cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights.
