Kayla serves as a Senior Strategist for RedRock Strategies.

Originally a New York native, Kayla began her career over a decade ago in the New York State Senate. During her tenure in New York, Kayla quickly rose in the ranks and became Deputy Press Secretary where she was tasked with sharing the voice of an entire caucus while playing a prominent role in many successful political campaigns in the off-season. Kayla moved to the Sunshine State and prior to joining the RedRock team served as Chief of Staff to Florida State Senator Keith Perry. In addition to her work in the public arena, Kayla also ran Senator Perry’s successful 2016 and 2018 election campaigns in a wildly competitive district.

Kayla graduated from Siena College with degrees in Political Science and Sociology and enjoys going to concerts, attending New York Giant games, snuggling with her dog, spoiling her nieces, and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
