ryan erwin - founder, LAs Vegas

Since beginning his career in his native state of Ohio, Ryan Erwin has held leadership positions on political campaigns, public affairs efforts, ballot measures, and corporate boards. His unique perspective, hands-on experience building his own business, and nationally recognized strategy and communication skills have made Ryan one of the most sought-after strategists in America.

Ryan has advised not only political candidates and causes but also corporations and business groups on fundraising, rapid-response efforts, media training, business development, and audience targeting.

In 1999, Ryan took the reins of the Nevada Republican Party and, in less than two years, took an institution in a near state of crisis, orchestrating a turnaround that made the organization one of the model political party operations in the country. The Nevada effort led Republican leaders to recruit Ryan to oversee the rebuilding of the largest party organization in the country – the California Republican Party.

Ryan founded RedRock Strategies, a Political and Public Affairs consulting firm that has been in business since 2005. RedRock Strategies is proud to represent some of the finest elected officials and candidates in the country, but also of its track record of helping small businesses grow, bring new products to market, and help Fortune 500 companies win battles that often seemed impossible.

In 2022, Ryan served as the lead strategist for Joe Lombardo’s campaign for Nevada Governor, the only campaign in the country to defeat an incumbent Governor. Ryan served as Chairman of Governor Lombardo’s transition team and remains a close advisor to the Governor on issues such as economic development, placement of key officials within the administration, and Las Vegas hosting the 2024 Super Bowl.

Additionally, Ryan continues to serve as a trusted advisor to respected leaders across the country, including Ohio Governor Mike DeWine.

Under Ryan’s leadership, RedRock Strategies has won ballot measures in more than a dozen states helping reform elections, stabilize economies, and guarantee victims of crime important constitutional rights.

Ryan and his wife Brandi are the proud parents of two adult children, Braden and McKenna.
